Hollywood Publix with boat dock advances
Hollywood is another step closer to landing a rare Publix grocery store with a boat dock. The Hollywood Planning & Development Board approved plans and modifications for a 30,000-square-foot supermarket at 3100 South Ocean Drive during the board’s meeting Tuesday. Publix Super Markets acquired awaterfront property in Hollywood for$12.77 million to build a grocery store. Miami Beach-based 3100 OceanHoldings, managed by AlbertBenalloun , sold the 1.13-acre site at3100 S.
