Transamerican Development Corp. plans to build a mixed-use building near Aventurawith apartments, office space and retail.
The Miami Beach-based developer, through subsidiary West Dixie Holdings LLC, filed anapplication with the county for Aventura Greynolds Village on Feb. 8. It would be locatedon the 3.05-acre site at 17990 W. Dixie Highway, just east of Greynolds Park.
