Publix Super Markets acquired awaterfront property in Hollywood for$12.77 million to build a grocery store. Miami Beach-based 3100 OceanHoldings, managed by AlbertBenalloun , sold the 1.13-acre site at3100 S. Ocean Drive to Real Sub LLC,a subsidiary of Lakeland-based Publix.The price equated to $259 per squarefoot of land.
